O&#8217;zgartirgichlar va energetika elektronikasi qurilmalari amalda doimo axborot elektronikasi va kuch elektronikasi elementlari asosida yaratiladi. Maxsus analog, raqamli va aralash analog-raqamli mikrosxemalar kuch elektronikasi axborot qurilmalarining asosini tashkil etadi.
