Videman va R. Frans ochgan. Bir xil temperaturada elektron issiqlik o&#8217;tkazuvchanlikning elektr o&#8217;tkazuvchanlikka nisbati barcha metallar uchun bir xil. Bu nisbat mutlaq temperatura bilan universal doimiy \u2014 Lorents soni (1=2,45-yu-8 vtom\/K2) orqali chiziqli to&#8217;g&#8217;ri mutanosib bog&#8217;langan.
