Ishlatilishiga qarab, laboratoriyada, ishlab chiqarishda va dala sharoitlarida foydalanadigan xillarga bo&#8217;linadi. Laboratoriyada foydalaniladigan Radioo&#8217;lchashlar usullari parametrlarni juda aniq o&#8217;lchashi bilan farq qiladi. Ishlab chiqarishda foydalaniladigan ishlab chiqariladigan buyumlar parametrlarini nazorat qilish uchun xizmat qiladi. Radioo&#8217;lchashlar radioaloqa, televidenie, radiolokatsiya, avtomatika vositalari, hisoblash texnikasi, diagnostika texnikasi apparatlarini ishlab chiqishda, ishlatishda, shuningdek, elektron asboblar hamda elementlarni tayyorlashda qo&#8217;llaniladi.
