Toshkent teatr va rassomlik san&#8217;ati institutini tugatgan (1974). 1975 yildan Ogahiy nomidagi Xorazm viloyat musiqali drama va komediya teatrida bosh rassom. Ilk bor Muqimiy teatri spektakllariga (E. Sobitovning &#8220;Hijron&#8221;, F. Musajonovning &#8220;olifta&#8221;, 1973) dekoratsiyalar yaratdi. Ollaberganov eskizlarda yaratilgan badiiy goyani sahna bezaklariga to&#8217;liq ko&#8217;chirishga erishadi. &#8220;Beruniy&#8221; (Uyg&#8217;un, 1976), &#8220;Nurxon&#8221; (K. Yashin, 1977), &#8220;Platina&#8221; (O. Matjon, 1977), &#8220;Maysaraning ishi&#8221; (Hamza, 1983), &#8220;yagona guvoh&#8221; (K. Omarov, 1985), &#8220;Tobutdan tovush&#8221; (A. Qahhor, 1986, Toshkent satira teatrida), &#8220;Jaloliddin&#8221; (E. Samandarov, 1987) va boshqa spektakllarni badiiy bezagan.
