Atom yadrosi atrofida zar- ralar (elektron, proton, neytron)ning harakati tufayli atomda magnit momenti hosil bo&#8217;lishi b-n birga mexanik moment ham yuzaga keladi. Ferromagnit jism- larni magnit maydonta joylashtirilsa, atomlar magnit moment yo&#8217;nalishini may- don yo&#8217;nalishi bo&#8217;yicha o&#8217;zgartiradi. Bun- Day o&#8217;zgarish esa, o&#8217;z navbatida, atomlar- ning mexanik momenti o&#8217;zgarishiga olib keladi. Lekin jismning to&#8217;liq mexanik momenti (harakat miqdori) o&#8217;zgarmaydi, jism atomlarining mexanik momenti yo&#8217;nalishiga teskari harakat mikdori momenti hosil bo&#8217;ladi, u holda jism ay- lanma harakatlanadi. Buni solenoidda elastik ipga osilgan metall sterjen- da kuzatish mumkin. Agar solenoiddan elektr toki o&#8217;tkazilsa, metall sterjen magnitlanadi va aylanma harakatlanadi.
