Bunda polimer b-n bir qatorda suv, spirt, ammiak, vodo- rod galogenid, tegishli tuzlar va shunga o&#8217;xshash quyi molekulali moddalar ajra- lib chiqadi. P. reaktsiyasi gomopolikondensat- lanish va geteropolikondensatlanish- ga bo&#8217;linadi. Gomopolikondensatlanish da bir moddaning 2 xil funktsional guruhi o&#8217;zaro reaktsiyaga kirishib, po- limer hosil qiladi. Bunday reaktsiyaga aminokislotalar, amino-spirtlar va OK- sikislotalarning polikondensatlani- shi misol bo&#8217;la oladi (mas, aminokapron kislotadan poli-kaprolaktam hosil bo&#8217;lishi). Getero-polikondensatlanish reaktsiya-sida funktsional guruxlari bir xil bo&#8217;lgan bifunktsional guruxli 2 modda qatnashadi. Geksametilendiamin va adipin kislotadan poligeksameti- Len-adipinamid hosil bo&#8217;lishi bunday reaktsiyaga misol bo&#8217;la oladi. Bifunktsi- onal birikmalarning polikondensatla- nishi natijasida faqat chiziqsimon po- limerlar hosil bo&#8217;ladi. Bunday ja-rayon chiziqsimon polikondensatlanish deyi- ladi. Reaktsiyaga kirishayotgan monomer- larning birida 3 va undan ortiq funk- tsional guruxlar bo&#8217;lishi polikondensat- lanish reak-tsiyasini murakkablashtira- Di va to&#8217;rsimon hamda fazoviy tuzilish- ga ega bo&#8217;lgan makromolekulalar hosil qiladi. Bujarayon fazoviy polikon-den- satlanish deyiladi. P. jarayo-nining tabiat va texnikadagi ahamiya-ti katta. P. va unga o&#8217;xshash reaktsiyalar muhim bio- polimerlar \u2014 oqsillar, nuklein kislo- talar, tsellyuloza va h.k. biosintezining asosini tashkil etadi.
