O&#8217;simliklar za- rarkunandalari va kasalliklariga qarshi uyg&#8217;unlashtirilgan kurash tizi- mida muhim usullardan biri. Mexanik himoya usulida zararkunandalarning harakatlanishiga yoki o&#8217;simliklarning shikastlanishga to&#8217;sqinlik qiluvchi tur- li xil choratadbirlar (daraxt po&#8217;stlog&#8217;ini tozalash, uyalar va o&#8217;simlik qoldiklarini yo&#8217;qotish, tutqich belbog&#8217;lar bog&#8217;lash, sox- ta em qo&#8217;yish va b.) ko&#8217;llanadi. Mexanik usulni ki-myoviy usul b-n birga olib bo- rish mumkin: mas, chigirtkalarga qarshi kurashda qaziladigan chuqurlarga dori sochish, tutqich belbog&#8217;larga esa insek- tisid shimdirish. Mexanik himoya usu- lida ayrim zararkunandalarni (ko&#8217;sak qurti, Kolorado qo&#8217;ng&#8217;izi, zararli xas- va va b.) qo&#8217;lda terib yo&#8217;qotish mumkin. Fizik himoya usuli turli tabiiy omil- larni qo&#8217;llashga asoslangan (sun&#8217;iy yoritish, o&#8217;ta yuqori yoki past harorat, radioaktiv nurlar, past bosim, yuqori chastotali elektr toki va b.dan foydala- nish). Yorug&#8217;lik tutqichlardan dalalarda hasharotlar miqdorini aniqlashda foy- dalaniladi. Don va mevalarni zararsiz- lantirishda sovitish usuli ishlatiladi. Ko&#8217;pgina hasharot va kanalar \u2014 ombor za- rarkunandalari 0\u00b0 da nobud bo&#8217;ladi. Kasalliklarga qarshi fizik kurash usulida yuqum (infektsiya) ni yuqori harorat ta&#8217;sirida, mas, urug&#8217;larni issiq suvda (48-50\u00b0) qizdirib yo&#8217;qotish mum- kin. Urug&#8217;likni zararsizlantirishda quruq issiklik (donni 6-8 sutka davo- mida 40-45\u00b0 da qizdirish) qo&#8217;llanadi.
