M.a. turli usullarga asoslanib kichik namunadagi na-faqat asosiy komponentlarni, balki element- lar \u2014 qo&#8217;shimchalarni ham aniqlashga imkon beradi. Yarimo&#8217;tkazgichlar sanoati, metallurgiya, mineralogiya, sud kimyosi, biokimyo, klinik tadqiqotlar, sintezlab olingan va tabiiy birikmalarni analiz qilish, radiokimyo va b.da M.a.dan foy- dalaniladi. Sifat M.a.da reaktsiyalarni fil- trlovchi qog&#8217;ozda bajarish \u2014 tomchi analiz usuli universal usullardan hisoblanadi. Bu usul anorganik modda- larni ham, organik moddalarni ham tek- shirishda qo&#8217;llanadi. Miqdoriy M.a.da organik va anor- ganik moddalar gravimetrik, titro- metrik, fotometrik usulda tekshiri- ladi. Miqsoriy M.a. usulida organic moddalardagi ayrim elementlar (ele- ment analizi) va funktsional guruhlar (funktsional analiz) soni hamda mol. m. aniqlanadi. Hozir M.a. fizikkimyoviy usullar (mas, mass-spektrometriya, atom- emission spektroskopiya, lazer analitik spektroskopiya) asosida rivojlanmoqda. Tarkibi murakkab bo&#8217;lgan oz mikdorda- gi na-munalarni tekishirishda mikro- analizning maxsus fizikaviy usulla- riga asoslangan kombinasiya usullari qo&#8217;llanadi. Zamonaviy M.a. usullariyordamida bir mikronamunadagi yoki qattiq modda yuzasidagi 50-60 dan ziyod ele-mentni aniqlash mumkin. Massasi 10~9 g yoki hajmi 10~3 ml bo&#8217;lgan namunalarni ana- Liz qilish uchun ultramikrokimyoviy analiz usulidan foydalaniladi.
