Kristallar ba&#8217;zan ultrabinafsha yoki elektron mikrosko- plar yordamida tekshiriladi. Ko&#8217;pchilik mikrokristallos-kopik reaktsiyalar o&#8217;ta sezgirligi b-n ajralib turadi: erit- ma tomchisidagi moddaning o&#8217;ndan bir, yuzdan bir, ba&#8217;zi hollarda undan ham oz mikdorini (mkg) aniqlashga imkon beradi. M., asosan, o&#8217;lchami juda kichik ob&#8217;ektlar (metallar va minerallardagi qo&#8217;shimchalar, metallning mayda zarrala- ri, chang, o&#8217;simlik va hayvon to&#8217;qimalari tarkibidagi moddalar) ni, minerallar va krtishmalarni analiz qilishda, orga- nik birikmalarni identifikasiyalashda qo&#8217;llanadi.
