Bulardan eng ommalashgani: achchtshchuchuk (shakarob). Toshkent Si \u2014 o&#8217;simlik moyi dog&#8217;lanib piyoz jazlanadi va xona haroratigacha sovitiladi, turp somoncha usulida na- fis to&#8217;g&#8217;ralib, issiq suvda bir chaykab yuboriladi va 1-2 soatcha suvga so- lib ko&#8217;yiladi. Qaynatib pishirilgan mol go&#8217;shti somoncha usulida to&#8217;g&#8217;raladi. Go&#8217;shtni va piyozdog&#8217;ni turpga aralash- tirib tuz va murch sepib, ta&#8217;mi rostla- nadi.
