S.k. ning 10 mingga yaqini \u2014 anorganik moddalar. Ulardan ba&#8217;zi- lari tabiatda uchramaydi. Tabiatda uch- raydigan 3 mingdan ortiq turlituman kristshtlardan hozircha faqat bir necha yuztasini sun&#8217;iy yo&#8217;l b-n hosil qilish mumkin. Ulardan kvars (SiO2), korund (A12O.|), germaniy (Ge), kremniy (Si), ishqoriy metallar galogenidlari (KS1, NaCl), segnet tuzi (KNaC4H4O64H2O), kaliy digidrofosfat (KN2RO4), alyumo ittriyli granat (Y(A15O|2), ittriyte- Mirli fanat (Y,Fe5O|2), gadoliniygal- liyli granat (Gd3Ga50I2), olmos (S), li- tiy niobat (LiNbO,), naftalin (SYUN8), kaliy biftalat (CgH5O4K), kaltsit (SaSO3), kadmiy sulfid (CdS), pyx sulfid (ZnS), galliy arsenid (GaAs), galliy fosfid (GaP), Nodir elementlar molibdatlari [U2(MoO4)va b.], tsirko- niy dioksid (ZrO2), gafniy dioksid (NGO2), kaltsiy volframat (CaWO4), ittriy alyuminat (YA10,), alyuminiy (AI) muhim axamiyatga ega. Kvarsning sintetik kristali gi- drotermal sharoitda olinadi. Kvars ta- biatda keng tarqalgan bo&#8217;lsa ham, uning tabiatdagi zaxirasi texnika ehtiyojini qoplay olmaydi va unda turli kirish- malar ko&#8217;p. Massasi 15 kg gacha bo&#8217;lgan kvars kristallari avtoklavlarda bir necha oy mobaynida, o&#8217;ta toza kristallar (optik kvars) esa bir necha yil davomida o&#8217;stiriladi. 20-a. boshida rubinnnit sintetik kristali hosil qilindi, lazerlar uchun diametri 20-40 mm va uz. 2 m gacha bo&#8217;lgan tayoqcha shaklidagi Rubinning S.k.ini olish uchun maxsus qurilma ixtiro etil- Di, keyinchalik u takomillashtirildi. 50y.da Ni aralashgan grafit kukuni- dan olmos kristallari olindi. Aralash- ma 2-3 sm li disklar ko&#8217;rinishida pres- slanadi, so&#8217;ngra 100-200 ming ATM bo- simida 2000-3000\u00b0 gacha qizdiriladi. Shunday sharoitda grafit olmosga ayla- nadi. 50y.dan naftalin, stilben, to- lan, antratsen va b. organik S.k. sano- ati rivojlandi. Keng qo&#8217;llanadigan yarimo&#8217;tkazgich kristallar (Ge, Si, Ga, As va b.) ham tabiatda uchramaydi. Ular sun&#8217;iy yo&#8217;l b-n diametri 10-20 sm va uz. 30-50 sm bo&#8217;lgan tsilindr shaklida o&#8217;stiriladi. Alyuminiy oksidiga titan, kobalt, nikel tuzlarini qo&#8217;shib sapfir, topaz va b. qimmatbaho toshlar ko&#8217;rinishidagi S.k. o&#8217;stirish mumkin. Lab. sharoitida Fer- romagnetiklar va Zumradlarning S.k.i o&#8217;stiriladi.
