S.a.ning muhim tavsifli usul- lari: 1) o&#8217;ziga xoslik (selektivlik) \u2014 qidirilayotgan elementni boshqa element ishtirokida aniklash usuli va 2) sezgir- lik \u2014 nihoyatda oz miqdordagi element- ni, ya&#8217;ni bir tomchi (0,01\u20140,03 ml) erit- madagi elementni aniklash. S.a.ning hoz. usullarida sezgirlik 1 mkg ga boradi. Anorganik moddalarning klassik S.a. &#8220;quruq&#8221; yoki &#8220;ho&#8217;l&#8221; usulda olib boriladi. S.a.ning &#8220;quruq&#8221; usuli bir oz miqdorda bura (tanakor) yoki &#8220;fosfor tuzi&#8221; (NaNH4HPO44H2O) qo&#8217;shib tekshirilayotgan modda kukuni (odatda, metall tuzlari yoki oksidlari) qizdirilganda gaz GOREL- kasi alangasi rangining o&#8217;zgarishiga va rangli shishasimon qotishmalar hosil bo&#8217;lishiga asoslangan. S.a.ning &#8220;ho&#8217;l&#8221; usuli makro,&#8221;yarim makro&#8221;, &#8220;yarim mi- Kro&#8221;, mikro va ultramikro usullarga asoslangan (yana q. Ultramikrokimyoviy analiz, tomchi analiz). Suvli eritmalardagi anorganik bi- rikmalarning S.a. ion reaktsiyalariga asoslangan. S.a.ning kimyoviy usuli b-n bir qatorda fizikaviy, fizikkimyoviy usullari qam keng qo&#8217;llanadi. Bu usullar tekshirilayotgan moddalarning optik, elektr, magnit, issiklik, katalitik, ad- sorbtsion va b. xossalarini o&#8217;rganishga asoslangan (q. Spektram analiz, Polyaro- grafiya).
