S. signallarni impulelarga aylantira- Di va uzatadi. &#8220;S.&#8221;terminini birinchi bo&#8217;lib ingliz fiziologi Ch. Sherrington neyronlararo aloqani tushuntirish uchun qo&#8217;llagan (1897). S. yordamida neyronlar birbiri b-n bog&#8217;lanadi. Natijada nerv sistemasining aktivligi va bosh miyaning integrativ faoliyati kuchayadi. Bular tormoz- lovchi S. deb ataladi va shular yordamida qo&#8217;zg&#8217;algan holat go&#8217;yo &#8220;yo&#8217;qotiladi&#8221;. Bu b-n nerv hujayralari o&#8217;ta qo&#8217;zg&#8217;alishdan saqlanadi.
