Uzum S.si tayyorlash uchun yaxshi pishgan uzum sharbati spool ko&#8217;za yoki xumchaga solinadi, har 1 l ga 100 g eski Sdan achitqi sifatida qo&#8217;shiladi. Idish og&#8217;zini zich yopib, kaynash uchun quyosh tushadigan joyga qo&#8217;yiladi. 1015 kundan so&#8217;ng qaynashi to&#8217;xtab S. etila- Di. Tayyor S. suzib, idishlarga quyiladi. Konserva, marinadlar, ziravor tayyor- lashda, ovqatga ishtahabaxsh maza kiri- tish, kabob sirkalashda, tibbiyotda va b.da ishlatiladi (q.
