Suvda, etanolda yaxshi, suyuq ammiakda yomon eriydi. 59\u00b0 da karbonat angidrid (SO2) va gaz holatdagi ammiak (NH3)ra par- chalanadi. SO2 va NH3 ni o&#8217;zaro ta&#8217;sir ettirib olinadi. Karbamatlar olishda ishlatiladi. K. k. xlorangidridi (kar- bamoilxlorid) H2NCOC12 \u2014 suyukqik, qaynash t-rasi 61-62\u00b0 (ajralish b-n); saqlanganda tsianur kislota va HClra ajraladi. Ammoniy xlorid yoki ammi- akka fosgen ta&#8217;sir ettirib olinadi, mas.,IN4S1 + SOS12 -^ NH2COC1 + 2HC1.
