Karboksil guruh b-n bog&#8217;langan radikalga qarab K.k. alifatik (to&#8217;yingan, to&#8217;yinmagan), alisiklik, aro- matik va geterosiklik bo&#8217;lishi mumkin. Karboksil guruhning soniga qarab bir, ikki va ko&#8217;p asosli yoki molekulasiga \u2014 On, =so, N, kabi guruhlar kirishiga qarab oksi-, keto &#8211; va amino &#8211; K.k. deb ata- ladi. K.k. ko&#8217;pincha, an&#8217;anaviy (trivial) nom b-n ataladi: sirka, salisil, moy, kapron, valerian kabi kislotalar kuchsiz bo&#8217;lib, dissosialanish konstantasi 1,4- 10 5 atrofida.
