K. deganda sistemani tashqil etadigan moddalar- ning umumiy soni emas, balki uning har qanday fazasining tarkibini ifoda- lash uchun etarli bo&#8217;lgan moddalar soni tushuniladi. Mas, kaltsiy oksid (Sao) va karbonat angid-Rid (SO2)dan tashqil topgan sistemada Sao + SO2 ^\u00b1 Saso, reaktsiyasiga muvofiq kaltsiy karbonat (Saso2) hosil bo&#8217;ladi. Bu sistemada Sao va so, mustaqil K., SaSO3 esa shu K.ning birikish mahsulidir. Shuning- dek, Sao va SaSO3 ni teng xuquqli K., So, ni esa SaSO3 ning termik dissosia- tsiyasi mahsuli deb qarash mumkin. Kimyo- viy sistemalarni tashqil etadigan mod- dalar o&#8217;zaro reaktsiyaga kirishadi va shu sababli bu sistemalarda K. soni tashqil etadigan moddalar soni b-n ro&#8217;y berishi mumkin bo&#8217;lgan mustaqil reaktsiya soni orasidagi farq b-n aniqlanadi. Agar sistemani tashqil etadigan K. o&#8217;zaro re- aktsiyaga kirishmasa, bu sistema fizik sistema deyiladi (mas, benzol-gliserin- ning suyuq aralashmasi). Bunday sistema- larda K. soni sistemani tashqil etuvchi moddalar soniga teng. K. soniga karab 1 komponentli, 2 komponentli, 3 kompo- nentli va ko&#8217;p komponentli sistemalar bo&#8217;ladi.
