Asosiy vazifasi \u2014 kelgusida malakali muta- xassis bo&#8217;lib etishadigan o&#8217;quvchilarni muayyan kasb sohasida bevo-Sita faoliyat ko&#8217;rsatishga tayyorlash, ya&#8217;ni bilimlar- ni amaliyotga tadbiq etishga o&#8217;rgatish, zarur kasb ko&#8217;nikmalari va malakalari- ni shakllantirishdan iborat. I.ch.t.ni amalga oshirishda nazariy ta&#8217;limning ahamiyati katta. I.ch.t. 3 asosiy bosqich (o&#8217;quv ustaxonalari, o&#8217;quv maydonlari, o&#8217;quv lab.lari, o&#8217;quv xo&#8217;jaliklaridagi I.ch.t.; i.ch. sharoiti \u2014 korxona, qurilish, xo&#8217;jaliklardagi I.ch.t.; i.ch. tajribasi) ga bo&#8217;linadi. Har bir bosqich o&#8217;ziga xos maqsad va o&#8217;quv jarayonida o&#8217;z o&#8217;rniga ega bo&#8217;lib, kasb xususiyatiga qarab ular tur- li muddatli bo&#8217;ladi va u I.ch.t. dasturi b-n belgilanadi. O&#8217;quvchilarning I.ch.t. ishlab chiqarish ustasi rahbarligida va o&#8217;quvchilarning unumli mehnati davo- mida amalga oshiriladi. I.ch.t. mazmuni muayyan kasbdagi kichik muta-xassis- larning mehnat faoliyati hamda malaka darajasini taxlil qilish asosida bel- gilanadi. O&#8217;quvchilarga I.ch.t. berishdan asosiy maqsad ularga o&#8217;z kas-blari uchun xos bo&#8217;lgan i.ch. jarayonini rejalashti- rish, tayyorlash, amalga oshirish, nazorat qilish, i.ch. jarayoniga xizmat ko&#8217;rsatishga o&#8217;rgatishdan iborat. Kichik mutaxassis bajaradigan ana shu vazifalarning mu- ayyan kasb va malaka darajasiga muvofiq aniq mazmuni maqorat tavsifnomasida aks etadi. Bu hujjat kichik mutaxassis bajaradigan ishi va kasbhunar bo&#8217;yicha &#8220;O&#8217;zbekiston Respublikasi kasbhunar ta&#8217;limi davlat ta&#8217;lim standarti&#8221; (2000 y. 16 okt.) asosida tuziladi. Unda o&#8217;quvchi kasbhunar o&#8217;quv yurtida ta&#8217;lim olishi davomida egallashi lozim bo&#8217;lgan bilim, ko&#8217;nikma va malakalarga qo&#8217;yiladigan ta- lablar qayd etiladi. Mahorat tavsif- nomasi kasbhunar o&#8217;quv yurtida kichik mutaxassislarni tayyorlash mohiyatini belgilovchi asosdir. Kichik mutaxas- sislarning mehnat faoliyatini tahlil qilish natijasida ajratib olingan mehnat jarayonlarini bajarish yo&#8217;llari va usullari muayyan tarzda tartibga so- linadi hamda I.ch.t. mazmunini belgilov- chi I.ch.t. dasturida bayon qilinadi. I.ch.t. dasturi o&#8217;quvchilarga nimani, qanday iz- chillik va hajmda o&#8217;rgatishni belgilab beradi. I.ch.t. dasturini ishlab chiqishga korxonalarning etakchi muxandis-texnik xodimlari, i.t. muassasalari va vazirli- klar, kasbhunar o&#8217;quv yurtlarining ma- lakali xodimlari jalb qilinadi. I.ch.t. ta&#8217;limning turli usullaridan foydala- nilgan tarzda amalga oshiriladi.
