I. k. hajm va chizikli kengayish ko- effisientlari b-n ifodalanadi. Ma&#8217;- lum hajmdagi jism bir daraja isi-til- ganda uning hajmi ortishi hajm kengay- ish koeffisienti, ma&#8217;lum uzunlikdagi jism bir daraja isitilganda uning uzunligi ortishi chiziqli kengayish ko- effisienti deb ataladi. Bu koeffisi- ent t-ra o&#8217;zgarishi b-n o&#8217;zgarib turadi. Hamma suyukliklarning hajm kengayish koeffisienti taxm. bir xil bo&#8217;lib, 1,273 ga teng. Ba&#8217;zi jismlar (suv, cho&#8217;yan, vismut va b.) ma&#8217;lum t-ragacha qizdirilganda hajmi kichiklashadi. Mac, 4\u00b0 da suvning hajmi eng kichik bo&#8217;ladi. Hayotda I. k. hisobga olinadi.
