O&#8217;zbek davlat opera va balet teatri (1948 y.dan Navoiy teatri) da dirijyor, 1960-66 y.larda bosh diri- jyor. 1960 y.dan Toshkent konservatori- yasida dars bergan. Dastlab &#8220;Oqbilak&#8221; (S. Vasilenko, 1943) baleti va &#8220;Mahmud Torobiy&#8221; (O. Chishko, 1944) operasi- ning birinchi postanovkalariga diri- jerlik qilgan. I. repertuarida chet el va o&#8217;zbek kompozitorlarining asarlari bor. &#8220;Bo&#8217;ron&#8221; (S. Vasilenko, M. Ashra- fiy, 1954), &#8220;Ulugbek&#8221; (A. Kozlovskiy, 1958), &#8220;Gulsara&#8221; (R. Glier, T. Sodiqov, 1963) operalari, &#8220;Oqqush ko&#8217;li&#8221; (P. Chay- kovskiy, 1956), &#8220;Maskarad&#8221; (L. Laputin, 1958), &#8220;Suhayl va mehr&#8221; (M.
