Uch turi bor. 1) karbon kislotalar amidla- rining ishkrriy metallar gipogaloge- nidlari ta&#8217;sirida birlamchi aminlarga aylanishi (Goffman qayta guruxlani- shi): R+NaBrO -> RNH2+CO2+NaBr Reaktsiya natijasida Amidning kar- bonil guruhi SO2 holida ajralib chiqib, boshlang&#8217;ich amidlarga nisbatan bir uglerod atomi kam bo&#8217;lgan amin- lar hosil bo&#8217;ladi. G.r. spirtli muhitda o&#8217;tkazilganda reaktsiya mahsuloti sifati- da uretanlar (RNHOCOR) vujudga kela- Di. Reaktsiya 1850 y.da kashf etilgan. 3) to&#8217;rtlamchi ammoniy asosli gidroksid- larning termik parchalanishi natijasi- da o&#8217;lchamli aminlar va olefinlar hosil bo&#8217;lishi [RCH2CH2 N R&#8217;R&#8221;R&#8221;]OH&#8212;&#8211; &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;>RCH=CH2+R&#8217;R&#8217;R*>I+H2O . Agar to&#8217;rtlamchi azot atomi turli o&#8217;rinbosarlar b-n bog&#8217;langan bo&#8217;lsa, qo&#8217;sh bog&#8217;li, tarkibida eng kam sonli alkil o&#8217;rinbosarlari bo&#8217;lgan olefin hosil bo&#8217;ladi (Goffman qoidasi). G.r. qo&#8217;llanishining muhim yo&#8217;nalishi Alka- loidlarning tuzilishini tekshirishdir.
