G.q.ning ayrim qismlari fizik xossalari jihatdan bir-biridan farq qilishi mumkin. Mas, to&#8217;yingan yog&#8217;kislotasi va spirtlar qatorida zanjirning bitta SN2 guruhga uzayishi gomologlar qatorining sirt faolligini 3 \u2014 3,5 marta oshiradi yoki G.q.ning o&#8217;rtasida joylashgan va Radika- li tarmoqlanmagan zanjirdan tuzilgan birikmalarning qaynash t-rasi qo&#8217;shni gomologlardan 20-30\u00b0 farq qiladi. G. q.ning yuqori molekulali vakillarida bunday farq, sekin-asta kamayib boradi. Ba&#8217;zi uglevodorod molekulalari radi- kaliga gomologik farq, kiritilishi b-n turlicha struktura o&#8217;zgarishlari sodir bo&#8217;ladi.
