Geo- morfologik sharoitlari va namlanish rejimiga qarab allyuvial va saz (bulok) rejimidagi g.t. ga bo&#8217;linadi. Allyuvial rejimdagi g.t. yirik Daryo suvidan ta&#8217;- minlanib turuvchi grunt suvlari yaqin bo&#8217;lgan qayirlarda, quyi Daryo terassa- larida va hoz. deltalarda shakllangan. Sirdaryo, Amudaryo, Chirchiq, Ohangaron, Zarafshon, Qashqadaryo, Surxondaryo va b. daryolarning sohillarida tarqalgan. Saz rejimidagi g.t. soy va konuslararo pastqamlik yoyilmalarining Perife- rik hamda o&#8217;rta qismlarida, shuningdek tog&#8217;yon bag&#8217;ri tekisliklarida tog&#8217;grunt oqimining nurashidan vujudga kelgan ki-chik yopiq depressiya (botiq)larda shaklla- nadi. Bundam rejimdagi tuproqlar tosh- kent, Samarkand, Mirzacho&#8217;l vohalarida, Kitob-Shahrisabz havzalarida, sur- xondaryoning yuqori va o&#8217;rta oqimi, shu- ningdek G&#8217;arbiy Farg&#8217;ona va b. joylarda uchraydi. Minerallashgan grunt suvlari- ning sekin siljishi (cho&#8217;l va sur tuproq mintaqasining qisman pastki zonala- riga xos) natijasida sho&#8217;rlangan g.t. va sho&#8217;rxoklar vujudga keladi. Tarqalish hududiga ko&#8217;ra g.t. cho&#8217;l zonasi va bo&#8217;z tuproq mintaqasidagi o&#8217;tloqi, botqoqi va sho&#8217;rxok tuproqlarga ajratiladi. G.t.dagi tuproq-grunt qatlamining do- imiy sernam bo&#8217;lib turishi o&#8217;ziga xos o&#8217;simliklarning rivojlanishiga, chirin- Di hosil bo&#8217;lish, shuningdek suvli va b. qatlamining doimiy sernam bo&#8217;lib tu- rishi o&#8217;ziga xos o&#8217;simliklarning rivoj- lanishiga, chirindi hosil bo&#8217;lish, shu- ningdek suvli va b. qatlamlardagi tikla- nish jarayonlarining o&#8217;zgarishiga sabab bo&#8217;ladi. Shuning uchun g.t.ning chirindili qatlami avtomorf tuproqlarnikiga nis- batan qalin, gleylanish, shuningdek kar- bonatli va gipsli qatlamlar chuqurroq joylashgan bo&#8217;ladi. Cho&#8217;l zonasining yosh qayir-allyuvial o&#8217;tloqi tuproqdarida chirindining miqdori 0,3\u20140,5%, o&#8217;tloqi va o&#8217;tloqi-botqoqi tuproklarda 7-10%, torfli-botqoqlarda esa 20%ni tashkil etadi. G.t. o&#8217;zlashtirilganda, o&#8217;z xususi- yatlari va tuproq hosil bo&#8217;lish jarayon- lari b-n qo&#8217;riq erlardan keskin farq qiluvchi voha tuproqdari rivojlanadi.
