Ho&#8217;l meva va sabzavotlarni yuv- masdan eyish, xesh sut ichish, aynigan go&#8217;sht va baliq mahsulotlarini iste&#8217;mol qilish, shuningdek ko&#8217;p spirtli ichim- lik ichib, juda ko&#8217;p ovqat eyish natija- sida kelib chiqadi.
