Rangi oq bo&#8217;lib, ko&#8217;pincha usti yupqa qora parda bilan qoplangan bo&#8217;ladi. T.k. kam uchraydi, metallsimon yaltiraydi. yumshoq, oson bolg&#8217;alanuvchan. Qattiqligi 2,5, zichligi 10,5 g\/sm1. Gidrotermal tomirlarda ko&#8217;proq sulfidli polimetall konlarning tsementlanish va oksidlanish zonalarida kaltsit, flyuorit, adulyar hamda Ag, so, Ni, Bi, U minerallari va boshqalar bilan birga uchraydi.
