Bevosita va bilvosita G. farq qilinadi. Bevosita G.da eritro- tsitlarning yopishib qolishi unga antite- lo \u2014 gemagglyutininlarning to&#8217;g&#8217;ridan- to&#8217;g&#8217;ri ta&#8217;siri tufayli ro&#8217;y beradi. Agar gemagglyutinin va eritrositlar bir tur- dagi organizmga xos bo&#8217;lsa, izogemagglyu- tinasiya sodir bo&#8217;ladi. Bu qon guruhini aniqlash va donorni to&#8217;g&#8217;ri tanlashda qo&#8217;l keladi. Agar yuqoridagi holat har xil turdagi organizmga xos bo&#8217;lsa, geteroag- glyutinasiya ro&#8217;y beradi, bu asosan ayrim infektsion kasalliklar (mas, infektsion mononukleoz)da kuzatiladi. Bilvosita G.da tegishli antigen yoki gapten b-n ish- langan eritrositlar yopishib qoladi. Bu reaktsiya ayrim infektsion va allergik kasalliklarda qo&#8217;llaniladi. Eritrosit- larning g&#8217;uj bo&#8217;lib yopishib qolishi VI- ruslar ta&#8217;sirida (mas, grippda) ham ro&#8217;y berishi mumkin.
