G. a.niig realizasiya qilinishi replikasiya va transkripsiya holida amalga oshadi. Replikasiya jarayonida DNK oqsil sintezida bevosita ishtirok etmaydi. Ona hujayra bo&#8217;linayotganida DNK ham ikkiga ajraladi. Har bir zan- jir qarshisida komplementarlik asosi- da ik-kinchi DNK zanjiri hosil bo&#8217;ladi. DNK replikasiyasi deb ataladigan bu jarayon irsiy belgilarning nasldan- naslga o&#8217;zgarmay o&#8217;tishini ta&#8217;minlaydi. G.a. amalga oshishining ikkinchi bosqichi oqsil sintezini boshqaruvchi uch xil RNK (ribonuklein kislota) molekulasining sintez qilinishidan iborat. Bu jarayon transkripsiya (ko&#8217;chirib yozish) deyiladi. RNKning barcha turlari yadroda sintezlanadi. Informasion RNK (iRNK) translyasiya jarayonida DNK zanjirlarining biri- da hosil bo&#8217;lib, uning ayrim bo&#8217;lagidan aniq nusxa ko&#8217;chirib oladi. RNK mole- kulasida DNK dan uglevod dezokriboza o&#8217;rniga riboza, azotli asos timinning o&#8217;rniga urasil bo&#8217;lishi hamda bitta zan- jirli ekanligi b-n farq qiladi. iRNK DNKdagi oqsil tuzilishi haqidagi ax- borotni oqsil sintez bo&#8217;ladigan ribo- Somaga tashib keltiradi. Oqsil sintezi- da transport RNK (tRNK) ham ishtirok etadi. Bu RNK tsitoplazmadagi amino- kislotalarni ribosomaga etkazib bera- Di. Oqsil sintezida ishtirok etadigan uchinchi molekula \u2014 bu ribosomal RNK (rRNK) hisoblanadi.
