G. tarkibidagi suv molekulalar shaklida buladi. Kimyoviy formulalarda suv ayrim yoziladi, mas, MgCl2-6H2O yoki [Mg(H2O)6Cl2j. Haroratni oshirib yoki atrofdagi bug&#8217;bosimini kamaytirib, G.dagi suvni yo&#8217;qotish mumkin. Ba&#8217;zi ta- biiy minerallar (gips, kizerit, Karnal- lit va h. k.) G.dan iborat. Magniy xlorid MgCl2 2, 4, 6, 8 va 12 molekula suvli kristall ogidratlar hosil qiladi. Suv- li eritmalarda g. holida kristallangan tuzlar, kislotalar va asoslar Kristal- logidratlar debataladi, ulardagi suv esa kristallizasiya suvi deb yuritiladi. Kristallogidratlar kimyoviy individu- al moddalar sifatida namoyom bo&#8217;ladi. Kolloid holidagi zarralarning gi- dratlanishi natijasida adsorbtsion G. vujudga keladi. Ularning tarkibi o&#8217;zgaruvchan bo&#8217;lib, bug&#8217;bosimi va t-rasiga bog&#8217;liq, mas, silikat kislota gelida 25% gacha suv bo&#8217;lishi mumkin. Ba&#8217;zi moddalar (mas, tseolitlar, proteinlar) kristalla- ri ham bir qadar suv molekulalarini yuta oladi.
