Yollanma mehnat bozor iqtisodiyotida amal qiladigan mehnat bozoriaa oldisotdi qilinadigan asosiy tovar hisoblanadi. Ish beruvchilar (tadbirkor, korxona, tashkilot) va ish kuchi egasi (yollanuvchi) o&#8217;rtasida ma&#8217;lum muddatga yoki aniq bir ishni bajarish uchun mehnat sharoitlari va to&#8217;lanadigan haq to&#8217;g&#8217;risida yozma ravishda shartnoma tuziladi. Bunday shartnoma vaqtincha \u2014 sinov muddati bn, ma&#8217;lum bir davrga yoki muddati belgilamasdan (umrbod) tuzilishi mumkin. Tomonlarning huquklari, majburiyatlari, mehnatga haq to&#8217;lash va mehnatni tashkil etish sharoitlari mehnat qonunlariga muvofiq o&#8217;zaro kelishgan holda hal etiladi. Shartnomada mehnatni qo&#8217;shimcha rag&#8217;batlantirish maqsadida har xil imtiyozlar berilishi mumkin. O&#8217;zbekiston Respublikasida Yollanma mehnat va umuman mehnatga oid munosabatlar 1996 yil 1 apreldan amalga kiritilgan O&#8217;zbekiston Respublikasining Mehnat kodeksi (1995.21.12) va boshqa mehnat to&#8217;g&#8217;risidagi qonun xujjatlari, jamoa shartnomalari va boshqa me&#8217;yoriy hujjatlar bilan tartibga solinadi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>YOLLANMA MEHNAT \u2014 yollanma xodimlar mehnati.
