Ilmiy ishlari oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarishdagi samarali usullarning nazariy asoslarini ishlab chiqishga doir. Eshquvvatov matematik, fizik va biologik modellar asosida texnologik jarayonlarning yangi sxemalarini, muhandislik-hisoblash uslublarini yaratdi.
