Qiyma Kabob \u2014 go&#8217;sht qiymalagichdan 2 marta, piyoz bir marta o&#8217;tkazilgach, qiyma tayyorlanadi. Qiymaga tuxum chaqilib qalampir, tuz aralashtiriladi. So&#8217;ng qiymadan 50-60 gramm keladigan kiftalar yasaladi va uzunasiga sixga o&#8217;tkaziladi. Kifta ustiga un sepib yuqorida aytilgandek cho&#8217;g&#8217;da pishiriladi. 1 kilogramm go&#8217;shtga 3 bosh piyoz, 1 dona tuxum, 3-4 qoshiq un; ziravorlar kerak bo&#8217;ladi. Dumbul Kabob \u2014 makkajo&#8217;xorining dumbul so&#8217;tasidan tayyorlanadi. Tozalangan so&#8217;ta 3-4 santimetrdan qilib kesiladi va namakobga 2-3 soat solib qo&#8217;yiladi. So&#8217;ng 2-3 donadan qilib sixga o&#8217;tkaziladi va laxcha cho&#8217;g&#8217;da pishiriladi. Kabob O&#8217;rta Osiyo va yaqin Sharq, Kavkaz xalqlarining sevimli taomi hisoblanadi.
