Kagor quyuq to&#8217;q qizil rangi bilan ajralib turadi. Tarkibida 16-17% spirt, 16-25 g\/sm3 qand bor. Kagor turidagi vinolar texnologiyasining muhim xususiyati: shirasi 20% dan kam bo&#8217;lmagan uzum g&#8217;ujumlari eziladi va sharbat turpi bilan birga 55\u2014 75\u00b0 ga qadar qizdiriladi (ba&#8217;zan g&#8217;ujumlar qaynab turgan suvga 2-3 minut botirib olinadi, so&#8217;ngra eziladi).
