Samarqand Pedagogika akademiyasida o&#8217;qigan (1934). 2-jahon urushi qatnashchisi (1941-45). Foteh Niyoziyning ijodi o&#8217;tgan asrning 30-yillaridan boshlangan. Dastlab o&#8217;zbek tilida &#8220;Mayak&#8221; (1933), &#8220;bu kunning g&#8217;azali&#8221; (1938), &#8220;Sevgi&#8221; (1940) singari to&#8217;plamlari nashr etilgan. &#8220;Vafo&#8221; (1-kitob, 1949; 2-kitob, 1958) romani, &#8220;qo&#8217;shni qiz&#8221; (1954) piyesasi yozuvchiga katta shuhrat keltirgan. &#8220;O&#8217;rmonni xilvat bilma&#8221; (1975), &#8220;qurolsiz askarlar&#8221; (1986) romanlarida 2-jahon urushining dastlabki (1941-42) yillari voqealari ifodalangan. Foteh Niyoziy dramaturg va kinodramaturg sifatida ham &#8220;vatanparvarlar&#8221; (1938), &#8220;Ko&#8217;prik&#8221; (1959) kabi dramalar, &#8220;uchinchi qiz&#8221; (1971), &#8220;G&#8217;ayurovlar oilasining sarguzashti&#8221; (1975) kabi kinossenariylar yaratgan.
