Sabza olish uchun uzum boshlari Savatga solinib, qaynab turgan 0,3\u20140,4% li ishqor (kaustik soda) eritmasiga 3-5 sekund botirib olinadi va somonli loy bilan suvalgan xirmonda 10-12 kun davomida quritiladi.
