Ishqoriy muhitda izomerlanib krotononitril (Sn3snqsn>) ning tsis va transizomerlari aralashmasini hosil qiladi. Shuning uchun Allil tsianidning ishqoriy muhitdagi gidrolizida kroton kislota SN3SN=SNSOON, kislotali muxitdagi gidrolizida esa vinilsirka kislota SN2=SNSN2SOON hosil bo&#8217;ladi.
