Buxoroda birinchi musiqa maktabining ochilishi, Samarqandda musiqa bilim yurtining tashkil topishi, shashmaqomning yozib olinishi va saqlab qolinishi uning nomi bilan bog\u2018liqdir. Usta Shodi, Domla Halim, Levicha hofiz, Boboqul Fayzullayev, Hoji Abdulaziz, kabi maqom xonandalari Ota Jalol Nosirovdan ta\u2019lim olishgan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ota Jalol Nosirov 1845 yili Buxoro shahrining Eshon pir mahallasida tavallud topgan. Uning oilasi musiqaga moyil bo\u2018lib, akasi Mulla Xayrullo mahoratli maqom ijrochisi, uning o\u2018g\u2018li Karomat esa, usta kamonchilardan edi. Ana shu muhit uni musiqa bilan shug\u2018ullanishiga sharoit yaratib beradi. U sakkiz yoshidan musiqa bilan shug\u2018ullanadi va o\u2018sha davrning Tillaboy, Mirzo Hidoyat, Abdurahmonbek, Mir bobo singari mashhur xonanda va sozandalaridan saboq oladi. Natijada 20 yoshidayoq shashmaqomni to\u2018liq o\u2018zlashtirib oldi. Uning davrug\u2018ini eshitgan Amir Muzaffarxon saroyga taklif etib saroy hofizi etib tayinlaydi. Amir Olimxon davrida esa \u00abMiroxo\u2018r\u00bb unvoni beriladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1920 yilda Buxoroda \u00abSharq musiqa maktabi\u00bb ochilib, bir qancha hofiz va sozandalar jalb qilinadi va Ota Jalol Nosirov o\u2018zi bosh bo\u2018lib shashmaqomni o\u2018rgata boshlaydi. 1923 yili V.A. Uspenskiy Ota Jalol Nosirov va Ota G\u2018iyos Abdug\u2018aniyevlardan shashmaqomning barcha turkumlarini yozib oladi. Shashmaqomning o\u2018sha davrda notaga olinishi va 1924 yilda nashr qilinishi katta voqea sifatida baholanadi. Va keyingi notalashtirish jarayonlariga yo\u2018l ochib beradi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ota Jalol Nosirov faqat xonanda va sozanda, balki bastakor sifatida ham ijod qilganligi manbalarda ko\u2018rsatiladi. Ustoz Shashmaqomning mushkilot qismlarini tartibga solgan ayrim sho\u2018balarini kengaytirgan va qo\u2018shimcha qismlar bastalagan. Segoh maqomi ijrosiga savt usuli bilan bir necha qismli sho\u2018ba bastalagan. Ushbu sho\u2018ba ijrosi \u00abSavti jaloliy\u00bb deb nomlanadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1925 yilda Ota Jalol Nosirov Samarqandga taklif etiladi. Bu yerda yoshlarga maqom ijrolarini va yo\u2018llarini o\u2018rgatadi, kontsertlarda ishtirok etadi. Xoji Abdulaziz, Yunus Rajabiy, Mulla To\u2018ychi Toshmuxammedov, Shoraxim Shoumarovlar bilan ijodiy muloqotda bo\u2018ldi. Va ular ustozdan shashma\u00adqom yo\u2018llarini o\u2018rganadilar va maslahatlar olib turadilar.
