Suyuqlanish temperaturasi 100-140\u00b0, qaynash temperaturasi 250\u00b0, yumshash temperaturasi 40-75\u00b0, kristallanish temperaturasi 95-110\u00b0, zichligi 1,07\u20141,09 g\/sm3. Tarkibida 60-92% smolasimon kislotalar (asosan, abietin kislota), 0,5\u2014 12% to&#8217;yingan va to&#8217;yinmagan yog&#8217;kislotalar, 8-20% neytral moddalar (seskvidiva- triterpenoidlar) bo&#8217;ladi.
