Basharti kimyoviy mutagenlar tabiiy (spontan) mutasiyalarning vujudga kelishida muhim ahamiyatga ega ekan, demak hujayralarda bu mutagenlar qarama-qarshi ta&#8217;sir ko&#8217;rsatuvchi antimutagen kuchga ega, ammo asosiy vazifasi mutasiyalarning tabiiy sodir bo&#8217;lish tezligini susaytirishdan iborat buffer tizim ham bo&#8217;lishi kerak.
