O&#8217;zbekistonda xizmat ko&#8217;rsatgan san&#8217;at arbobi (1950). Moskvadagi Bichkuri rassomlik studiyasida (1916-18) va erkin ustaxonalarda ta&#8217;lim olgan. 1920 yildan O&#8217;zbekistonda. Ko&#8217;pgina asarlarini Levkasga tempera usulida ishlagan. Usto Mo&#8217;min ijodining ma&#8217;lum davrida miniatyura san&#8217;ati ta&#8217;sirida asarlar yaratgan (&#8220;Kuyov&#8221;, &#8220;sallali yigit&#8221;, &#8220;bedanabozlar&#8221; \u2014 20-yillar). Usto Mo&#8217;min ijodi uchun realistik rasmning aniq va tugallanganligi xos, obrazlarning badiiy ifodasida mayin chiziqlar, jonli shakllar muhim ahamiyat kasb etgan: &#8220;Bahor&#8221; (1924), &#8220;Boy&#8221; (1932), &#8220;Xo&#8217;ja Nasriddin bozorda&#8221;, &#8220;Uyg&#8217;ur raqsi&#8221; (1944) va boshqalar. Abdulla Qodiriyning &#8220;Obid ketmon&#8221; (1935), M. Kozimiyning &#8220;ko&#8217;rqinchli Tehron&#8221; va boshqa asarlarni badiiy bezagan. &#8220;Pravda Vostoka&#8221;, Usto Mo&#8217;min (A.
