Me&#8217;morlikdagi naturalizm va rasionalizm oqimi asoschilaridan. 1918 yil purizm nazariyasini ishlab chiqqan. Shaharsozlikda o&#8217;ziga xos uslubda &#8220;Nurafshon shahar&#8221; g&#8217;oyasi (1930) va &#8220;modulor&#8221; tizimi (1942-48)ni yaratgan. Le Korbyuze loyihalari asosida jahonning ko&#8217;pgina mamlakatlari (Frantsiya, Yaponiya, Rossiya, Hindiston va boshqalar)da turli binolar qurilgan. Me&#8217;morlikka oid 30 dan ortiq kitob muallifi. BMT binosi (1946\u2014 47, Nyu-York), To&#8217;qimachilar saroyi va shahar muzeyi (1954-56, Axmadobod), Chandigarx shahri (Hindiston) bosh loyihasini va undagi binolar (1956\u2014 57)ni yaratdi.
