Toshkent universitetining jurnalistika fakultetini tugatgan (1969). Turli nashriyot va ijodiy tashkilotlarda ishlagan (1974\u2014 94). Ma&#8217;naviyat va ma&#8217;rifat markazida rahbar o&#8217;rinbosari (1994-96). 1996 yildan O&#8217;zbekiston televideniesi &#171;yoshlar&#187; telekanalining bosh direktori. Dastlabki she&#8217;rlar to&#8217;plami \u2014 &#171;Qadrdon quyosh&#187; (1979). &#171;Shahardagi olma daraxti&#187; (1979), &#171;tungi bog&#8217;lar&#187; (1981), &#171;To&#8217;maris ko&#8217;zlari&#187; (bolalik (1986), &#171;Qaqnus&#187; (1987) va &#171;bahordan bir kun oldin&#187; (1997) kabi she&#8217;riy to&#8217;plamlari nashr etilgan. She&#8217;rlarida voqelikka yangicha nigoh bilan qarovchi, tabiat, jamiyat va kishilar hayotida yuz berayotgan o&#8217;zgarishlarni sinchkovlik bilan kuzatuvchi, ayni paytda bokira yoshlikka xos hayrat hissini saqlab qolgan zukko shoir sifatida gavdalanadi. Xurshid Davron so&#8217;zga, ifoda vositalari va she&#8217;riy shakllarga yuksak mezonlar asosida yondashadi. Xurshid Davron 90-yillarda she&#8217;riyatdan ko&#8217;ra nasriy janrlarda samarali ijod qildi. U olis utmitshtsa yashagan unutilmas tarixiy siymolar hayoti va faoliyati bilan qiziqib, ular haqidagi mo&#187;tabar qo&#8217;lyozma manbalar bilan tanishdi va Bibixonim haqida &#171;Samarqand xayoli&#187; (1991), Ulug&#8217;bek haqida &#171;Sohibqiron nabirasi&#187; (1995), Shayx Kubro haqida &#171;Shahidlar shohi&#187; (1998) kabi tarixiy-ma&#8217;rifiy kissalarni yaratdi. Xurshid Davron bu asarlari bilan 90-yillarda O&#8217;zbekistonda tarixiy o&#8217;tmishga bo&#8217;lgan munosabatning yana ham qizg&#8217;in tus olishiga munosib hissa qo&#8217;shdi. Xurshid Davron bunday tarixiy siymolar hayotini puxta o&#8217;rganib, ular haqida sahna asarlari ham yozdi. (&#171;Mirzo Ulug&#8217;bek&#187; \u2014 &#171;Alg&#8217;ul&#187;, 1995; &#171;Boburshoh&#187;, 1996). Xurshid Davron tarixiy mavzudaga bu asarlari bilan hozirgi o&#8217;zbek dramaturgiyasiga o&#8217;tmishda yashagan ajoyib vatandoshlarimizning yorqin obrazlarini olib kirdi. Xurshid Davron ayni paytda Samarqandda Amir Temurning 660, Ulug&#8217;bekning 600 yilligiga, Parijda &#171;Odeon&#187; teatrida Buxoro va Xivaning 2500 yilligiga bag&#8217;ishlab o&#8217;tkazilgan teatrlashtirilgan tomoshalar va 21 qismdan iborat &#171;Temurnoma&#187; videofilmi va &#171;Buxoroyi sharif&#187; (2 qismli) telefilmi stsenariylari muallifi. Sharq va G&#8217;arb shoirlarining asarlaridan iborat &#171;qirq bir ishq daftari&#187; (1989) va yapon shoirlarining she&#8217;rlaridan tarkib topgan &#171;dengiz yaproqlari&#187; (1988) to&#8217;plamlarini o&#8217;zbek tiliga tarjima qilgan. 2*chaqiriq O&#8217;zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy Majlisining deputati. &#171;Do&#8217;stlik&#187; ordeni bilan mukofotlangan (1997).
