Xemosorbtsiyada issiqlik mikdori ko&#8217;proq ajralib chiqadi: odatda, Xemosorbtsiya issiqligi 84-126 kj\/mol, ba&#8217;zi hollarda, masalan, kislorodning metallarga singishida 420 kj\/mol dan ham ortishi mumkin.
