Rekombinatsiya hodisasini tuz, ishqor va kislotalarning suvdagi eritmalari, ionlashtirilgan gazlar, yarimo&#8217;tkazgichlar va boshqalarda kuzatish mumkin. Eritmalarda bir vaqtning o&#8217;zida eritilgan modda molekulalarining ionlarga ajralishi (dissotsiatsiyasi) va ionlarning birlashib molekulaga aylanishi sodir bo&#8217;lib turadi. Vaqt birligida dissotsiyalangan molekulalar soni shu vaqt davomida rekombinatsiyalashitsh natijasida hosil bo&#8217;lgan molekulalarning soniga teng bo\u2019lib qolsa, muvozanat holat yuzaga keladi. Ikki xil ishorali ionlarning o&#8217;zaro uchrashish ehtimoli musbat va manfiy ionlar kontsentratsiyasiga mutanosib buladi. Agar eritmada erigan modda molekulalarining soni juda kam miqdorda bo&#8217;lsa, vujudga kelgan ionlarning bir-birlari bilan uchrashish ehtimoli kamayib ketadi, natijada Rekombinatsiya sodir bo&#8217;lmaydi. Yarimo&#8217;tkazgichlarda har bir vaqtning o&#8217;zida ikki jarayon yuz beradi: erkin elektron va kovaklarning juft holda hosil bo&#8217;lishi hamda elektron va kovaklarning juft holda yo&#8217;qolishiga olib keluvchi Rekombinatsiya ehtimolligi erkin elektronlar va Kovaklar soniga mutanosib.
