Otasi Qosimxon kabi hokimiyatini mustahkamlash, xonlik hududini kengaytirishga harakat qilgan. No&#8217;g&#8217;ay o&#8217;rdasidagi o&#8217;zaro ichki nizolardan foydalanib O&#8217;rdaga tobe qozoq urug&#8217;larining bir qismini o&#8217;ziga bo&#8217;ysundirgan. Mo&#8217;uliston xonlari bilan uzoq muddat kurash olib borgan. 50-yillarning oxirida Haqnazarxon Sirdaryo bo&#8217;yidagi savdo-hunarmandchilik markazlari va Toshkentni bosib olish uchun Shayboniylardan bobo Sulton va Abdullaxon II bilan kurashgan. 1573 yil rus hukumati Haqnazarxon bilan o&#8217;zaro aloqa bog&#8217;lashga uringan. Rivoyatlarga ko&#8217;ra, qozoqlarning 3 ta juzga ajralishi Haqnazarxon nomi bilan bogliq bo&#8217;lgan.
