Eng baland joyi 5126 metr. Metamorfik slanes, ohaktosh, granitlardan tarkib topgan. Tyanshandagi muhim muzlik markazi. Umumiy maydoni 439 km2; 59 muzlikdan eng kattasi Petrov muzligi bo&#8217;lib, Norin daryosi shu yerdan boshlanadi.
