Bosh tarzi Jan.ga qaratilgan. 1 qavatli, 7 xonasi bor. Old va orqa tomoni ayvonli. Arzxona (82,0&#215;71,0 metr) saroyning sharqida joylashgan. Tarhi &#171;g&#187; shaklida, Janub qismi uch burchakli, shimoliy va g&#8217;arbga qaratilgan ayvonlari mavjud. Madrasa bosh tarzi sharqqa qaragan. Janubiy-Sharqiy burchagida 4 ustunli 2 qavatli masjid, shimoli-g&#8217;arbida ayvon, hovli atrofida darsxona va hujralar joylashgan. Tashqi devorlari va 4 burchagidagi guldastalar pishiq g&#8217;isht va koshin bilan bezatilgan. Bog&#8217;saroyga tushgan bo&#8217;lib, baland qal&#8217;aband devor bilan o&#8217;ralgan, Burjlar ishlangan. Bog&#8217;ning 3 tomonida eshik bo&#8217;lib, 2 eshik saroy bilan, sharqdagisi arzxona, qabulxona bilan bog&#8217;langan. Bog&#8217; o&#8217;rtasida 8 qirrali hovuz bor. Nurullaboy saroyining ganchkor devorlari oltin va kumush bilan hallangan, zalning &#171;oltin shifti&#187; nihoyatda kurkam, undagi murakkab girix, naqshlar o&#8217;ziga xos, ichki va tashqi darvozalari, eshiklari, ayvon ustunlaridagi naqshlar Xorazm yog&#8217;och o&#8217;ymakorligining yuksak namunasidir. Qabulxonadagi baland eshiklar, katta rangdor oynalar, parket pollar va koshinkor pechlar Yevropa me&#8217;morligi bilan uyg&#8217;unlashgan. Tashqi tomoni silliq g&#8217;ishtlar va Feruza rang koshinlar bilan shaxmat taxtasi shaklida bezatilgan.
