O&#8217;zbekiston xalq artisti (1945). Moskva o\u2019zbek drama studiyasida o&#8217;qigan (1924-27). Dastlab Buxoro teatrida ishlagan (1921 -24). 1927 yildan Hamza teatrida ishlagan. Xolmat (&#171;boy ila xizmatchi&#187;), Husayn Boyqaro (&#171;Alisher Navoiy&#187;), Dadavoy (&#171;Navbahor&#187;), Rahimjon (&#171;Shohi so&#8217;zana&#187;), poloniy (&#171;Gamlet&#187;), Egor (&#171;Egor Bulichyov va boshqalar&#187;), Estevan (&#171;Qo&#8217;zibuloq qishlogi&#187;), Gornostaev (&#171;Lyubov Yarovaya&#187;) kabi rang-barang va to&#8217;laqonli sahnaviy obrazlar yaratib, o&#8217;zbek aktyorlik maktabining shakllanishiga munosib hissa qo&#8217;shdi. Nazrullayev o&#8217;zbek teatrida birinchi bo&#8217;lib, Husayn Boyqaro siymosini butun murakkabligi bilan gavdalantirgan. &#171;Alisher Navoiy&#187; filmida esa usta Jaloliddin obrazini yaratdi. Qanday rol o\u2019ynamasin, Nazrullayev ovozi, yuz ifodalari, tana harakatlaridan unumli foydalanib, o\u2019z qahramonlarining avvalambor insoniy mohiyatini, fe&#8217;l- atvorini, kayfiyatini ifoda qilishga intilgan.
