O&#8217;zbekiston xalq artisti (1937). Bokuteatr-texnikumi (1924-27), Moskva o&#8217;zbek opera studiyasi (1934-37)da ta&#8217;lim olgan. Toshkent konservatoriyasini tugatgan (1977; 1977-82 yillarda Sharq musiqasi kafedrasida pedagog). Mumtoz opera hamda milliy sahna ijrochilik an&#8217;analarini N. Nejdanova, N. Golovanov, M. Uyg&#8217;ur, M. Muhamedov, T. Jalilov va boshqa ustozlardan o&#8217;zlashtirgan. Faoliyatini aktrisa sifatida 1927 yildan O&#8217;zbek davlat namuna sayyor truppasida boshlab, Mariya Antonovna (N. Gogol, &#171;Revizor&#187;), Malikai Turandot (K. Gossi, &#171;Malikai Turandot&#187;) kabi rollarni ijro etgan. 1929-39 yillarda O&#8217;zbek davlat musiqali teatri, 1939\u2014 86 yillarda Navoiy teatrining yetakchi yakkaxon xonandasi. Noyob, o&#8217;ziga xos shirali va keng diapazonli ovoz, sahnaviy iste&#8217;dodga ega bo&#8217;lgan Nosirova &#171;Halima&#187; (G&#8217;. Zafariy), &#171;Arshin mol olon&#187; (U. Xojibekov), &#171;Layli va Majnun&#187; (Xurshid; T. Sodiqov musiqasi), &#171;Farhod va Shirin&#187; (Xurshid; V. Uspenskiy), &#171;Gulsara&#187; (K. Yashin va M. Muhamedov; R. Glier) kabi musiqali spektakllarda bosh rollarni ijro etib Shuhrat qozongan. Nosirovaning musiqali drama teatri sahnasida erishgan muvaffaqiyatlari o&#8217;zbek opera ijrochiligining yuzaga kelishiga turtki bo&#8217;ldi. 1938 yil O&#8217;zbek davlat musiqali teatrida saxnalashtirilgan E. Brusilovskiyning &#171;er Targ&#8217;in&#187; operasidagi Oqjunus obrazi Nosirovaning birinchi opera partiyasi edi. Nosirova ilk o&#8217;zbek operalari \u2014 &#171;bo&#8217;ron&#187; (G. Vasilenko va M. Ashrafiy, 1939)da Norgul, &#171;Layli va Majnun&#187; (T. Sodiqov va R. Glier, 1940)da Layli kabi bosh rollarni ijro etgan. Keyinchalik u &#171;Ulug&#8217;bek&#187; (A. Kozlovskiy, 1942) operasida Sin dun fan, &#171;Karmen&#187; (J. Vize, 1944, o&#8217;zbek tilida) da Karmen, &#171;Tohir va Zuxra&#187; (T. Jalilov va V. Brovsin, 1949)da Zuxra, &#171;Gulsara&#187; (R. Glier va T. Sodiqov, 1949)da Gulsara kabi obrazlar yaratdi. Gulsara partiyasida Nosirova milliy kuylash san&#8217;atini opera ijrochiligiga uzviy bog&#8217;lashga muvaffaq bo&#8217;ldi. Keyinchalik bu hol Nosirova yaratgan barcha rollar talqinining asosiy xususiyatiga aylandi. &#171;Maysaraning ishi&#187; (S. Yudakov)dagi bosh qahramon talqinida o&#8217;zbek opera sahnasidagi ilk hajviy obrazni yaratdi. Maysaraga xos lirik va komik holatlar ishonarli namoyon bo&#8217;ldi. Nosirovaning Zaynab (T. Sodiqov, Yu. Rajabiy, D. Zokirov va B. Zeydman, &#171;Zaynab va omon&#187;), Saodat (S. Boboev, &#171;Hamza&#187;), Bahor (M. Yusupov, &#171;Xorazm qo&#8217;shig&#8217;i&#187;), Xadicha xola (Ya. Sabzanov, &#171;qaytish&#187;) obrazlari faoliyatining so&#8217;nggi yillari mahsulidir. Nosirovaning kontsert repertuaridan o&#8217;zbek mumtoz musiqa merosi namunalari katta o&#8217;rin olgan: &#171;Ushshoq&#187;, &#171;Dugoh&#187;, &#171;Chorgoh&#187;, &#171;Samarqand ushshog&#8217;i&#187;, &#171;chapandozi Navo&#187; kabi maqom yo&#8217;llari, &#171;chaman ichra&#187; va boshqalar. A. Kozlovskiy ovoz va simfonik orkestr uchun qayta ishlagan &#171;O&#8217;zgancha&#187;, &#171;Gulyuz ichra&#187;, &#171;fig&#8217;on&#187; va, ayniqsa, &#171;Tanavor&#187; ashulalarning lirik- dramatik jihati Nosirova ijrosida yanada teranlashdi. &#171;Men o&#8217;zbek qiziman&#187;, &#171;Mehnat ahli&#187; (F. Boruxova bilan birgalikda katta ashula yo&#8217;lida) va boshqalar zamonaviy ashulalarni, &#171;O&#8217;zbek qizi ovozi&#187; (M. Leviev), &#171;xush kelibsiz&#187; (Sayfi Jalil) singari kompozitorlarning qo&#8217;shiqlarini ko&#8217;tarinki ruxla tarannum etgan. Boshqa xalqlar (tojik, qozoq, arman, Ozarbayjon, Xitoy, rus, ukrain kabi) qo&#8217;shiqlari ham Nosirova repertuaridan o&#8217;rin olgan. Osiyo, Amerika va Yevropa mamlakatlarida gastrolda bo&#8217;lgan. Davlat mukofotlari (1946,1951, 1968), Hamza nomidagi O&#8217;zbekiston Davlat mukofoti laureati (1971), &#171;Buyuk xizmatlari uchun&#187; ordeni (2000) bilan mukofotlangan.
