Magnit kirituvchanlik temperatura ortishi bilan ortib boradi va ma&#8217;lum temperaturadan, ya&#8217;ni Neel nuqtasidan yuqori temperaturada antiferromagnetikning magnit tuzilishi buziladi va jism paramagnit bo&#8217;lib qoladi. Antiferromagnetiklarning nomagnit xossalari (issiqlik o&#8217;tkazuvchanligi, issiqlikdan kengayish koeffitsienti, elektr o&#8217;tkazuvchanligining temperatura koeffisienti va boshqalar) ning buzilishi eng yuqori qiymatga yetadi.
