Gaz b-n ishlay- digan birinchi yarokli I.yo.D.ni frantsuz mexanigi E. Lenuar (1860) loyihalagan; 1876 y.da nemis kashfiyotchisi N. Otto ancha mukammal 4 taktli I.yo.D. yasagan. Rossiyada 1880-y.larda o. S. Kostovich benzin b-n ishlaydigan karbyurator- li dvigatel yasadi. R. Dizel 1897 y.da yonilg&#8217;ini siqilgan havo Alan-Galata- digan I.yo.D. (dizel)nn taklif qildi. AKD1 da I.yo.D. o&#8217;rnatilgan birinchi traktor 1901 y.da ishlab chiqildi; aka- uka o. va u. Raitlar I.yo.D. o&#8217;rna-tilgan dastlabki samolyotni yasashdi; bunday samolyotlar 1903 y.da ucha boshladi. Shu yili rus muxandislari I.yo.D.ni &#171;Van &#8212; ploxodni yaratishdi. 1924 y.da Rossiyada Ya. M. Gakkel loyihasi bo&#8217;yicha birinchi teplovoz qurildi. 1957 y.da rotorpor- Shenli Vankel dvigateli yaratildi. Hozirgi paytda I. yo.D. AV-tomobillar, q.x. va yo&#8217;l qurilishi ma-shinalarida, o&#8217;ziyurar harbiy texnikada, Motosikllar va b.da keng ishlatilmoqda. Yonilg&#8217;i turiga qarab, I.yo.D. suyuq va gazmison yonilg&#8217;ida ishlaydigan, tsilin- drning yangi yonuvchi aralashma b-n to&#8217;lish usuliga ko&#8217;ra, 4 taktli va 2 taktli, yonilg&#8217;i va havodan yonuvchi aralashma tayyorlash usuliga karab, aralashma tsilindrdan tashqarida va tsilindr ichida tayyorlana- digan xillarga bulinadi. Yonuvchi aralashma tsilindrdan tashqarida, ya&#8217;ni karbyuratorda tayyorla- nadigan I.yo.D. karbyuratorli dvigatel, tsilindr ichida tayyorlanadigani dizel deb ataladi. Karbyuratorli I.yo.D.da ish aralashmasi sham (svecha) elektrodlari orasida hosil bo&#8217;ladigan elektr uchquni b-n, dizellarda esa tsilindrda siqib qizdirilgan havoga yonilg&#8217;i purkash yo&#8217;li b-n o&#8217;t oldiriladi. I.yo.D. 1, 2, 4, 6 va h. k. tsilindrli bo&#8217;ladi. Bir tsilindrli, 4 taktli, kar- byuratori I. yo.D. quyidagicha ishlaydi (rasm): kirititish taktida (A) havo to- zalagich \/ orqali havo o&#8217;tib, karbyurator 2 da u yonilg&#8217;iga aralashadi va yonuvchi ara- lashma hosil qiladi; bu aralashma kiri- tish klapani 3 orqali tsilindr 6 ga kira- Di, qisish takti (\u00a3)da yonuvchi aralashma 0,8\u20142 MPa gacha siqiladi, 200-400 gacha qiziydi. Porshen 10 yuqori chekka nuqta (yu.ch.n.)ga 20-40\u00b0 (tirsakli valning ay- lanish burchagi) etmasdan aralashma sham 4 dan o&#8217;t oladi. Porshen yu.ch.n.ga etgach, aralashma tekis yona boshlaydi. Gazlar bosimi 3-6 MPa ga, t-rasi esa 2200\u00b0 gacha etadi. Kengayish (ish) takdi (V)da porshen gaz bosimi ta&#8217;sirida pastga harakatlanib, shatun 7 vositasida tir- sakli val 8 ni aylantiradi. Gaz bosimi 0,3\u20140,4 MPa, t-rasi esa 900-1200\u00b0 gacha pasayadi. Chiqarish takti (g) da chiqarish klapani 5 porshen pastki chekka nuqta (p.ch.n.)ga 30-60\u00b0 etmasdan ochila bosh- lab, yu.ch.n.dan 10-28\u00b0 o&#8217;tgandan keyin yopiladi. Demak, I.yo.D.ning bir ish TSI- klida tirsakli val ikki marta aylana- Di, shundan yarim aylanish gazlarning porshenga ta&#8217;siri hisobiga, qolgan bir yarim aylanish zalvar massa (maxovik) 9 ning inersiya kuchi hisobiga yuz beradi. Tsilindrlar soni qancha ko&#8217;p bo&#8217;lsa, I.yo.D. shuncha tekis ishlaydi, tirsakli val ham shuncha ravon aylanadi. To&#8217;rt taktli DVI- gatelda ish tsikli porshenning to&#8217;rt yo&#8217;li (tak-ti)da, ikki taktli dvigateley esa ikki yo&#8217;lida bajaradi. Karbyuratorli I.yo.D.ning ish tsik- li paytida val katta (3000-7000 ayl\/ min) tezlikda aylanishi mumkin, poyga avtomobillari va motosikllarida val 15000 ayl\/min va bundan ham tez aylana- Di. To&#8217;rt taktli karbyuratorli I.yo.D. 600 kVt (800 o.k.). Porshenli aviasiya dviga- tellari 1100 kVt (1500 o.k.) gacha quvvat hosil qiladi. I.yo.D.ni takomillashtirishda quvva- tini borgan sari oshira borish, Avto- mobillarda karbyuratorli dvigatellar o&#8217;rniga dizellarni ko&#8217;proq qo&#8217;llash, har xil yonilg&#8217;i b-n ishlaydigan dvigatellar yaratish va b. tadbirlarni amalga oshi- rishga harakat qilinmoqda.
